Information
This event has a beautiful starting location at Vrijstaat Nederzandt. We enjoy their hospitality at the start and finish which are both located on the grounds of Nederzandt.
There is a spacious parking lot in the dunes and the starting location is situated directly at the beach entrance.
Tough Routes
The Hollands Duin Trail has tough routes. They all pass over dunes as well as the beach. The dunes have sandy paths and the altimeters make it extra challenging. The playful composition of the routes provides a lot of variety, and fun of course.
10, 20 en 30km Trails
Since 2024 all routes of the Hollands Duin Trail are marked with arrows. (In 2023, the 30km trail will partly navigate using a GPX file).
The final lap
All distances of the Hollands Duin trail enjoy surprisingly varied routes which all encounter several aid stations along the way. All participants will return to the start 6 km before the finish, whereafter they will run their final unique lap through the dunes along the Nature Reserve.

We are proud of this event because, whatever distance you choose, as a participant you will get a good picture of the natural beauty that the Hollands Duin has to offer.
For the Hollands Duin Trail, we are welcomed by our partner Vrijstaat Nederzandt. Vrijstaat Nederzandt is located on the beach, at the center of the Hollands Duin nature reserve. The car park is a 200 meter walk. Vrijstaat Nederzandt is known for its hospitality and delicious menu.
