Through the Trail Events App or our website, you can quickly and easily manage everything yourself. Need help? On this page we explain everything step by step.
On the Trail Events Website , you’ll find a clear overview of all our events. Within the event for which you purchased tickets, you can easily manage everything yourself via your personal login.
Once you have installed the Trail Events App, you’ll always have everything you need at your fingertips. The App works similarly to the website but is optimized for mobile use. Some changes can only be made via the website, which keeps the App clear and user-friendly.
With the Trail Events App, you always have your tickets at hand! Download the app in the Appstore or Google Play Store.

If you can no longer participate in the event, you can cancel your registration yourself. Please note: this can only be done on a computer.



If you want to cancel your ticket within 30 days before the event, we recommend transferring it to another runner who can participate, so the ticket doesn’t go to waste. There may also be other reasons to change the name on a ticket—the process is the same.
You can transfer a ticket to another name easily via the Trail Events App of via de Trail Events website.

If, for any reason, you’d like to run a different distance, that’s no problem. You can do this yourself if the event is more than 30 days away. You can also wait until the event day and arrange it with us at the race office.
Important: Longer distances start earlier than shorter ones. Check the event website (the same page where you purchased your tickets) to confirm the start time of your new distance.
Want to go longer? Great! We’ll ask you to pay the price difference on-site on the day of the event. We’ll then provide you with the correct bib number so you can start without any issues.
Prefer to run a shorter distance? No problem. Let the race office know on event day, and we’ll give you the correct bib number. Please note: within 30 days before the event (including event day), we cannot issue refunds. For more details about refunds, check the terms and conditions of your order.

If the event is still more than 30 days away, you can manage this yourself by canceling your current ticket and then purchasing a new one. The refund for your canceled ticket will be processed within 5–10 business days to the account used for payment. See the section “How do I cancel my participation?” for instructions.
